Many of our products have variable audio and/or visual reminders that can alert the patient up to 8 times per day that is time to take their medication. Some also have a vibrating alert for the hard of hearing. We also recommend Medalert, a lockable – automatic - timed release pill dispenser that is especially designed to prevent the patient accessing the medication before the designated time.

 

Medalert is ideal for Alzheimer’s and Dementia patients, the elderly and those with mental, hearing or visual impairment and will soon be available as a Telecare system for monitoring in the home.
