Bulk Orders
If you wish to place a bulk order, please contact us directly for a quote
VAT
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (17.5%).
Postage & Packaging
P&P to UK and Ireland is charged at £3.50 per order
P&P to the rest of the world is charged at £4.00 per order
Medelert P&P charges are £5.50 UK- Rest of the World £7.50
P&P will be added when you check out.
Purchases in currencies other than GPB (£)
The approximate prices quoted on the website are purely as an indication of the comparative price in that currency. The exact price will be calculated by PayPal at the time of check out.
Delivery Timescales
Your order will normally be processed the day it is received and dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery times vary according to distance. i.e. UK delivery is usually within 7 days Worldwide orders take a little longer i.e. up to 28 days. If you have not received your order within these times please contact us at info@tabtime.co.uk
Faulty Goods
Goods are guaranteed for 6 months, faulty goods returned within 6 months will be replaced.
Faulty goods in good condition and including the original packaging should be returned with a brief explanation of the fault to:

Faulty goods will be replaced.
Unsuitable Goods
Unsuitable goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt subject to the packaging instructions & guarantees being included and in good order.
